Shipping:

Orders are sent out within 24 to 72 hours of cleared payment subject to availability. We ship by USPS Priority International Mail for International Sales. We ship Fed-Ex , UPS or US Post office for all US Sales. US Street address is required. Alabama Residents must pay 4% tax which is automatically added to the grand total charges at the Checkout page.
If you have received Free US Shipping and you return the product for an exchange, Shipping to you for the item will be deducted from your merchandise exchange price. If you exchange, new shipping charges will apply.

We sell brand new with tags premium quality leather and textile clothing and accessories for today's motorcycle rider. Our line of cowhide, naked cowhide leather, naked buffalo leather, buffalo leather, lambskin, heavy duty and nappa leather has been selected to meet or exceed Your riding and fashion expectations.

Out Of Stock.

Should a customer purchase an item that has been "sold out" after the listing was submitted, we will offer an immediate refund of the customer's full payment, alternate like product choices or a backorder. The ultimate choice is the customer's.

Returns.

If you have received Free US Shipping and you return the product for an exchange, Shipping to you for the item will be deducted from your exchange price.

We stand behind our product with a 30 day exchange program. Product must be returned in the same new condition we shipped to you with all tags on the product. We do not accept products without the tags for exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from delivery for exchange only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable nor credited. Please contact us for return information. As of December 1st 2009, we will no longer be refunding. Exchange only.

Damaged items.. Our products are all inspected before shipment. Should you receive an item that is damaged, rest assured we stand behind our product to be as advertised. Should you find it otherwise, please notify us upon arrival, and we will issue you instructions for return. Damaged returns must be received by us postmarked within 7 days and be in same condition as shipped. A new like product will be shipped as soon as return product is received and inspected.

Exchanges.* We accept returns for Exchange. These items must be postmarked no later than 30 days after delivery date, with all tags still on the garment. Garment must be in same condition as shipped, new and unworn. Email us for your return instructions.

There may be a price differential on larger sizes. Note: We cannot guarantee an exchange for like garment in different sizing. If your new requested size is not available, we will issue you a merchandise credit in our Store. Shipping and handling fees are neither refundable nor credited. New shipping charges apply for your exchanged garment and must be paid through Paypal, credit card or money order before garment can be shipped to you.

Leather Gallery purchases. Leather Gallery Brand clothing. There is a 15% of purchase price restocking fee on all Leather Gallery brand only. *Chap sizing is a custom sizing and not standard in the industry. Order by your thigh size according to chart shown on the ad page. Measure around largest part of top of thigh. Send us your measurement and we will ship you the chaps for your sizing.
